Non-Negotiable Practices

The following behaviors are strictly prohibited: leaving children unsupervised at any time; physical punishment or any form of inappropriate discipline; sharing personal information, photographs, or videos of children without explicit parental and agency consent; and engaging in any activity that compromises a child's safety or well-being.

Compliance and Monitoring

Nannies and babysitters are regularly assessed through family feedback and agency check-ins. Violations of this policy will be investigated and may result in disciplinary action, including termination of employment or removal from the Agency's registry.
